The Jackson County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for
Cleveland Steamer Model 24CEA10 SteamCraft Gemini 10 Pan Electric Floor Steamer
440/480 volts 3 phase.
The contractor must conduct a site visit to bid on the project.
The contractor is responsible for all electrical and plumbing for the installation of this unit and all materials to complete the job. Contractor must be licensed and insured to perform all the work needed for the installation according to state and local codes.
The contractor is also responsible for shipping and setting the unit in place. Jackson County Schools will be responsible for the removal of the old steamer unit.
Contractors must provide all insurance and licenses with the bid packet. The contractor must have the name and contact information of the company on the bid packet. The contractor must provide the scope of when the work will be done. Contractors must do a site visit to evaluate the work.
The Board of Education has the right to accept or reject any or all parts of all bids which it feels are in the best interest of the Board. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 3:00 pm C.S.T., Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Jackson County Board of Education located at 711 School Drive, Gainesboro, TN 38562.
The bids will be considered for award at the June 25, 2026, board meeting that will be held at the Board of Education.
